Is Zari360 Connect free?
Yes. Joining, listing products, posting jobs, asking for quotes, and chatting are all free. The only thing that costs money today is boosting, and that is optional.
What can I list or sell?
Anything the trade makes or needs: sarees, fabric, yarn, embroidery and zari work, job work, machinery, and finished goods. A listing carries photos, a short video, price, minimum order, and delivery time.
Does Zari360 take a commission?
No. Zari360 connects the two sides and they deal directly. It does not handle the payment or the order, and it never takes a cut of your deal.
How do buyers reach me?
A buyer opens your product or storefront and taps Contact seller. That starts a private chat with you. You can also share your shop link on WhatsApp, and your public pages show up in search.
How do quotations work?
A buyer posts a requirement with quantity, material, budget, and a by-when date. Sellers reply with price and delivery time. The buyer compares the quotes side by side and accepts one, which opens a private chat.
Which languages does it work in?
English, Gujarati, and Hindi or Gujarati written in English letters. You pick your language once and can switch anytime.
Do I need a GST number to join?
No. You sign up with a phone number. Workers, job seekers, and small shops can all join without GST.
Can I find work on it?
Yes. The jobs board highlights openings that match your skills. You apply by typing, attaching a resume, or recording a voice note.
Can institutes list courses?
Yes. A training institute or academy can open a free page and list its courses, and learners enquire to enrol with no checkout. Institutes can also confirm a Trained-at credential for the students they have taught.
Can I offer services, not just products?
Yes. Consultants, machine repair and maintenance, dyeing and printing, transport and logistics, contractors, and job-workers list the services they offer with rates. Buyers browse by service type and location inside the app and start a private chat to hire.
How does the broker feature work?
A broker introduces a buyer and a seller, and both sides confirm the introduction, so no one can claim credit alone. Over time a broker builds a verified track record. Reviews are private and show only initials, never the reviewer's name, and a broker cannot edit or hide them.
